My Goals

Charity’s Weight Loss Goals:

  1. Weigh 275
  2. Be able to wear my Breaking Dawn shirt I got for Christmas
  3. Be able to wear a size 18 pant
  4. Weigh 250
  5. Be able to fit in the bath tub with room on the sides (acutally be able to fit in the bath tub with the hubby… 🙂 )
  6. Be able to wear a size 16 pant
  7. Be able to cross my legs completely without having to pick up my legs
  8. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day for 90 days straight
  9. Get up and exercise in the morning every day for 30 days straight
  10. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
  11. Eat at least 5 servings of vegetables a day for 90 days straight
  12. Weigh 225
  13. Weigh 199 and be in onederland
  14. Have a flat back (NO BACK BOOBS!!!)
  15. Weigh 175
  16. Wear a size 14 pant
  17. Weigh 150
  18. Be comfortable wearing shorts next summer
  19. Run for 5 min straight
  20. Run for 15 min straight
  21. Be able to do the eliptical for 30 minutes straight
  22. Be able to fit into my rose sequin tank top without wearing a cover up
  23. Go hiking at Petit Jean Mtn and climb Pinnacle Mtn by the end of the year
  24. Be able to exercise on the eliptical for 60 minutes straight
  25. Weigh 135
  26. Take the stairs every day at work for a month
  27. Walk 10,000 steps a day for a month
  28. Walk 15,000 steps a day for a month
  29. Get LASIK eye surgery
  30. Complete Insanity program
